Jumbo is a semi-automatic PET blow moulding machine, specially designed to produce big bottles, both one-way as well as multiple use. Each set is made up of two components: bottle blower and infrared type preform reheater. Epecially designed preform heating system ensures the optimal heating effect for thick-wall preforms. Fan cooling system keeps constant temperature in the oven.

Jumbo is easy to operate and maintenance - equipped in an advanced PLC control system and built-in memory for storing bottle blowing parameters.

This system provides a low cost performance, reliability, operator-friendliness, simple installation and start-up. JUMBO machines fulfill all the european standards and requirements also the EU machinery directive 2006/42/EC.
